UK Modern Slavery Act Statement

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Orbis Operations, LLC recognizes its social responsibility in the communities in which it operates. Orbis opposes and prohibits the use of human trafficking, child labor, slavery, and slave labor, and expects the same from its business partners and suppliers. To prevent and reduce the risk of modern slavery, Orbis maintains a robust supply chain security program that includes comprehensive due diligence on all suppliers.

Orbis likewise requires its suppliers to adhere to the requirements of the UK Modern Slavery Act. This requirement is set forth in Orbis' standard terms and conditions, which include provisions prohibiting human trafficking, child labor, slavery, and slave labor.

As a software and services provider, Orbis sources comparatively little hardware. Nonetheless, Orbis remains attentive to ensuring that any hardware or physical goods it does procure comply with the requirements of the Act. Consistent with this limited hardware footprint, Orbis has not identified operations or direct suppliers that pose a risk of modern slavery, and it has therefore not developed specific modern slavery KPIs.

Orbis provides annual compliance training to its employees and has implemented multiple channels through which employees can report concerns about potential misconduct without fear of retaliation.

This statement has been approved by the executive leadership and the Board of Directors of Orbis Operations, LLC.
